Underclassman All-American Game MEDIA/PHOTO POLICIES

The Underclassman All-American Game reserves the right to limit the number of credentials for each event. There will be a two-credential limit for all outlets, unless approved ahead of time by the Underclassman All-American Game.
Media credentials will be distributed during Practices and on Game Day at the media entrance.
Be advised that this pass is required throughout the event and must be displayed at all times.
News outlets affiliated with legitimate news organizations will be issued a MEDIA credential. A business card or news ID may be requested at media check-in.
Any variation to this policy will result in forfeiture of future credentials.
The Underclassman All-American Game reserves the right to revoke any credentials due to non-compliance of our media policies.
All student-athletes will be available for media interviews after the conclusion of their game. Interviews after the Regional and National Games will be held outside the team locker rooms.
Post game interviews with the National Game co-MVPs (one from each team) and the winning team’s head coach will be conducted.
Underclassman All-American Game staff will be on-hand to facilitate interviews if needed.
Interviews with student-athletes are to be conducted ONLY in designated areas. No exceptions. The Underclassman All-American Game reserves the right to limit the number of interviews conducted.
No interviews will be allowed at the team hotel or auxiliary events.
Box scores, rosters, media kits and program books will be available in the media room.
Credentialed photographers must sit in designated positions along the baseline.
Videotaping is only permitted in highlight format of all games (up to 5 minutes of film per game). Videotaping complete games is not permitted, unless there is prior approval from the Underclassman All-American Game. Web streaming is not permitted unless approved.
Anyone who violates these policies may be asked to relinquish their credential and leave the facility.
